Seasons of Advent, Christmas and Epiphay."
Lecture at the Renovare office in Inverness, then lunch
together.
Cost: $25 per person (lecture).
"Women on Wednesdays" will begin a new book study on November 9th, 7:00
p.m., "Sacred Listening". This is a contemporary
version of the "Ignatian Exercises" -- a centuries-old method of
scripture study, meditation and prayer. This studywill likely run for
several months, and once we've begun will be a closed group. Stay tuned for
more information!
Education involves more than passing on information. For personal change, transformation, to grow into the full stature of Christ, something broader is needed. Formation is education including information, and soul training activities, in community. And, all this happens seeking the Holy Spirit, the power of God.
